Requirements:
Very good knowledge of excel - should be conversant with formulas in excel.
Has past experience in service Operations (preferably insurance & banking).- 2 years minimum
Hands on experience on keyboard typing speed 30 words per minute, and accuracy should be very good.
Communication has to be good and should be a graduate.
Comprehension, listening skills, sense of urgency, self motivated and attention to details is a MUST
